There’s a wealth of training information available on the internet, so much so that the hardest thing to do is filter it down and decide on the course of action that’s correct for you. Everyone has unique circumstances, and a good coach(which I’m modestly counting myself as one!) will filter out the noise and give you a clear path towards your goal.

What’s involved in personal coaching?

Once we’ve discussed your goals and training history, you’ll go through a thorough assessment to determine your next steps.

We’ll record you running on a treadmill, and use this along side movement screening(looking at the quality of how you move) and capacity tests(looking at localised endurance ability) to set out the phases of your training that may involve running technique work,strength training and/ habit coaching.

Once we have the programme in place, I’ll coach you through each session, to make sure you get the results you deserve.

We can also take care of running programming, or if you have that in hand we’ll make sure your strength training fits with your training runs.

Who’s it for?

Runners. Anyone who runs as part of their sport. If you’ve struggled with injuries, have a specific race target or want to learn how to train smarter, we can work out a plan to suit you.

How much is it?

Assessment + 10 sessions = £400

  • Having not done strength training for some time, I was looking for someone to guide me and Gregor was recommended. During 2 years of working with Gregor I have learned a lot about strength training as a discipline and made progress with executing the correct technique.
